Reservations/Cancellations: You can cancel free of charge 7 days prior to your check-in date. You will be charged a one-night stay deposit at the time of booking. If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please give us a call or send us an email. If you made a reservation through a third party (Expedia, Booking.com, etc.) please contact them directly to make changes to your reservation.
Check-in is after 3:00 PM. You are welcome to arrive before 3:00 P.M. to drop your bags off and park your car. For guests arriving between 7:00 PM - 11:00 PM, contact the property to arrange self check-in. If we are away from the front desk when you arrive, we will reach out with self check-in instructions. Check-out: 11:00 AM. You are welcome to leave your bags at the house past check-out.
We do have stairs (no elevator) and can carry bags during business hours. If you arrive after hours, you can leave heavy bags by the fireplace and we will help carry them up in the morning.
We have five parking spots at the end of the block. When you arrive, pull over anywhere out front, ring the doorbell, and we will take you to parking. Parking in our lot costs $10 a day. There is also limited street parking (not guaranteed and may require moving car). In the very rare even that our lot is full, Howard University offers a lot for $14.
